How do I purchase tickets?

How much is a ticket and what does it include?

Tickets are $210 per person and include a three course meal plus a 5 hour drinks package (includes wine, beer, soft drink). Spirits can be purchased on the night.

What if I have special dietary requirements?

The Adelaide Convention Centre can cater to all special dietary requirements. You will be asked about your speical dietary requirements when you purchase your tickets. 

Do I need to purchase a table?

Tickets are available to purchase in any number. You can purchase a single ticket or a table of 10. Simply select your option when purchasing your ticket. 

How many people can sit on a table?

For the comfort of all guests, the maximum number per table is 10. 

What if I don’t have the numbers for a full table of 10?

That's OK. We will fill your table with other guests who don’t have a full table, and will accommodate requests where we can. 

Will I need to bring my ticket on the night?

No, you don't need to print tickets. We have all your details and your name will be on the table list at the entrance. 

What parking is available at Adelaide Convention Centre?

There are several parking options, and also convinient public transport. 

RIVERBANK CAR PARK: 
Access from Morphett Street & Montefiore Road Bridge via Festival Drive, the Riverbank Car Park is located directly under the Centre. 

NORTH TERRACE CAR PARK: 
Access from North Terrace, the North Terrace Car Park has direct lift access to the Convention Centre’s main entrance.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

Visitors to Adelaide Convention Centre Oval are strongly encouraged to take advantage of public transport. The Adelaide Convention Centre is accessible by train, tram and bus services.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive at 6pm for pre-drinks & entertainment. 

Guests will be seated at 7pm sharp.  

Where do I go when I arrive at the Adelaide Convention Centre?

Enter via the Main (East) Enterance off North Terrace, and make your way to wards Hall CD. 
Please follow directions from staff, and look for ‘The Greatest Gift Gala’ signage - please enter via Foyer E. 

How will I know where I am sitting?

There will be a table plan in the foyer at the entrance to Halls CD. Simply find your name on the list to see which table you are seated at. All tables will be clearly numbered. 

Do I need to participate on the night?

You can participate as much or as little as you like in the fundraising activities. For those that do wish to participate there will be a:  

  • Major car raffle $100 per ticket, available for purchase prior to the event and on the night,  
  • Live auction,  
  • Silent auction items; and 
  • Premium Wine wall @ $50 per bottle 

Please note that if you are bidding on any of these items and you have the winning bid, you will need to pay and take the items home with you on the night. Please ensure you have the capacity to do so as they cannot be stored at the venue overnight. 

Will there be Entertainment on the night?

What is the dress code for the event?

Does the Greatest Gift Gala provide tax receipts for donations?

Donations of $2.00 or more are tax deductible.  

All donors will be provided with an automatic tax receipt via email on completion of an online donation. Alternatively, for cash donations received at the event, a team member from The Hospital Research Foundation Group will be able to issue recceipts. 

Where do the funds raised actually go?

The organisers of The Greatest Gift Gala have partnered with The Hospital Research Foundation Group, and every dollar raised will help in the fight against breast cancer.
