The Impact You're Creating

Your support is going to vital breast cancer research to improve the detection, treatment and management of breast cancer.

Thanks to your generosity, Dr Sarah Boyle and team from Adelaide University are investigating how breast cancer cells grow and spread around the body.

Her work has discovered a hidden ‘squeeze’ or intense mechanical pressure inside tumours that help some cancer cells grow and become more aggressive.

This discovery will help inform new treatments to limit tumour growth – bringing hope to women fighting breast cancer.
