How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online here or by clicking the ‘Tickets’ button above and choose between a ‘Single’ or ‘Table of 10’.
How much is a ticket?
Tickets are $275 each, or $2750 for a table of 10. This includes a three course meal, premium drinks package and live entertainment.
Do I need to purchase a table?
Tickets are available to purchase in any number. You can purchase a single ticket or a table of 10. Simply select your option when purchasing your ticket.
How many seats are at each table?
There are 10 seats at each table. You can add your guests names & dietaries at the time of purchasing your table, or email us the details later at events@hospitalresearch.org.au
What if I don't have the numbers for a full table of 10?
That’s okay! If you book mutiple single tickets in one transaction, we guarantee you will be seated at the same table (subject to a table maximum of 10 guests). Please email us at events@hospitalresearch.org.au if there’s others attending you’d like to sit with and we’ll do our best to accomodate.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
The Adelaide Convention Centre can cater to all special dietary requirements with advance notice. You will be asked about your special dietary requirements when you puchase your tickets.
Can I purchase multiple tickets or a table if I don't yet know the names or dietary requirements of my guests?
Yes! If you don’t enter your guest details at the time of booking, our team will contact you closer to the event date to gain this information. You can also email us the details later at events@hospitalresearch.org.au
Can someone under 18 attend this event?
All attendees must be 18 or older, as alcohol will be served at the event.
Will I need to bring my ticket on the night?
No, you don't need to print your tickets. We have all your details and your name will be on the table list at the entrance.
What if I, or one of my guests, can no longer come?
Single tickets and tables are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person. Please contact events@hospitalresearch.org.au if you need to edit or change any guest details.
Event Details
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive at 6.00pm for pre-dinner drinks. We will ask guests to take their seats at 6.45pm for a 7:00pm start.
Where do go when I arrive at the Adelaide Convention Centre?
Enter via the Main (East) Entrance off North Terrace, and make your way to Foyer E for pre-dinner drinks. Please follow directions from staff, and look for ‘The Hospital Research Foundation Group’ signage.
After enjoying pre-dinner drinks in Foyer E, you will be shown through to Halls CD to enjoy the rest of the evening.
What parking & accessibility options are avaliable at the Adelaide Convention Centre?

How will I know where I am sitting?
There will be a table plan in the foyer, near the entrance to Halls CD. Simply find your name on the list to see which table you are seated at. All tables will be clearly numbered.
Will there be entertainment on the night?
Yes! There will be captivating live entertainment and we will be releasing the full details soon.
What is the dress code for the event?
Your finest black tie attire. This includes tuxedos or dinner suits, and evening gowns or cocktail dresses.

Do you provide tax receipts for donations?
Donations of $2.00 or more are tax deductible.
All donors will be provided with an automatic tax receipt via email on completion of an online donation. For donations received at the event, a team member from The Hospital Research Foundation Group will be able to issue receipts.
